Deviating, conflicting, or supplementary terms and conditions of the user shall only become part of the contract if DMG has explicitly agreed to them in writing.
2. Age Requirement and Eligibility
The use of this website and any services offered is strictly permitted only to persons who are 16 years of age or older. By using this website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If DMG becomes aware that a user is under the age of 16, DMG reserves the right to block access to the website and its services immediately without notice.
3. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Any use beyond purely informative purposes (e.g., reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial exploitation) requires the prior written consent of DMG.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may lead to immediate legal action and claims for damages under German and international law.
4. Demo Submissions and Creative Material
DMG offers artists the opportunity to submit demos. Please note the following legally binding conditions:
- By submitting material, you warrant that you are the sole owner of all rights (composition, lyrics, recording) and that no third-party rights are infringed.
- Submissions are made voluntarily and do not establish a contractual relationship, employment, or confidentiality agreement.
- DMG is not liable for the loss or unauthorized access of submitted data.
- DMG is not obligated to provide feedback or return any submitted materials.
5. Limitation of Liability
DMG is liable for damages according to the statutory provisions, provided that such damages were caused intentionally or by gross negligence by DMG, its legal representatives, or vicarious agents.
In the event of simple negligence, DMG shall only be liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In this case, liability is limited to the typically foreseeable damage. DMG is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or loss of data unless mandatory law prevents such a limitation.
6. Availability of Services
We strive for a 100% availability of the website; however, constant availability cannot be guaranteed. DMG reserves the right to temporarily restrict or discontinue the service for maintenance, security reasons, or capacity limits without prior notice.
7. Third-Party Links (Social Media & Streaming)
Our website provides links to platforms such as Spotify, SoundCloud, Instagram, and LinkedIn. These services are operated by third parties. DMG has no influence on their content or technical availability. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies.
8. Data Protection
The collection and processing of your personal data are carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Detailed information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
9. Online Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. DMG is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these GTC is Düsseldorf, provided the user is a merchant or a legal entity under public law.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
